We are excited to announce the launch of the VC Sandbox — a free, browser-based demonstration tool for verifiable credentials designed for data sharing.
The VC Sandbox allows users to experience how verifiable credentials can be generated and verified in just a few steps, either by entering a few data fields manually or through a bulk upload of an Excel document. Users can explore what the output looks like in real time — all without any installation, setup, or technical prerequisites.
Built entirely on open-source technology and currently powered by four open-source Digital Public Goods, the VC Sandbox is designed to make verifiable credentials accessible and easy to understand for developers, implementers, and decision-makers alike. Additional Digital Public Goods and capabilities are currently being integrated, with more on the way.
