CDPI and EkStep Foundation are pleased to announce the formation of the Advisory Board for the DPI-as-a-Packaged-Solution (DaaS) initiative. This distinguished board comprises leaders with deep expertise in Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and will play a pivotal role in steering the development and deployment of DaaS to ensure it meets the needs of public and governmental stakeholders.
The Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance and expert insights to drive the efficient implementation of DPI through the DaaS initiative, positioning it as a solution crafted for broad accessibility and effectiveness.
Members of the DaaS Advisory Board include:
- Pramod Varma – Co-chair, CDPI
- Keyzom Ngodup – Head of Digital Programming, UNDP Chief Digital Office
- Samatar Omar Elmi – Chief ICT Specialist, African Development Bank
- Julia Clark – Senior Economist, ID4D, World Bank

- Sabine Mensah – Deputy CEO, Africa Nenda
- Ville Sirvio – CEO, Nordic Institute for Interoperability Solutions
- Marika Popp – GovStack Lead, Estonia
- Seyni Malan Fati – IT Consultant (formerly Senior Policy Manager at GSMA)
- Lindsey Crumbaugh (Observer) – Chief Investment Officer, Co-Develop
