Samantha Quinter, Country Operations Associate at CDPI (Africa focus). With an Information Technology background. She supports African countries in designing, building, and implementing DPI via country engagements and advisory different DPI building blocks such as Digital ID, payments, and verifiable credentials. Previously, Prior to joining CDPI, she aided startups at a Kenyan accelerator through hackathons and bootcamps.
