Manuel Aguilera

Manuel Aguilera is Senior Lead for Latin America and the Caribbean. He previously co-founded Impacto Digital, a civic tech organization advancing human rights across the region, and has consulted for UNESCO and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. He is a DIAL fellow 2025 and holds a degree in Sociology and an MPA from University College London.
